Whilst the Council cannot comment upon the provision throughout
Wales, they do consider the provision within the Templeton
community area to be excellent.

They are not aware that the numbers are declining in the local area
– they cannot speak for the whole of Wales.

The recent changes have not had a major impact, but they would like
to express their concern over any further possible grant or other
reductions, which would have a detrimental effect.

The Welsh Government should continue the support at least at its
current level – they should not reduce any grant assistance
further.
